About the Role

You'll handle end-to-end hiring for different clients. The role needs someone who's good at sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while keeping communication smooth with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements clearly Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database Screen profiles and shortlist the right match Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain proper tracking of all active requirements Coordinate salary discussions and offer closures Build a strong pipeline for future roles Share daily or weekly updates with the team

Required Skills

Strong communication and people skills Good understanding of recruitment process Experience using Naukri/LinkedIn/job portals Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time Good follow-up and coordination

Qualifications

Any graduate Prior experience in recruitment is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
