We are looking for an experienced and energetic Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to hire quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and closures.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Conduct initial HR screening, evaluate candidates, and maintain talent pipelines.
Ensure smooth candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, records, and daily hiring updates.
Handle bulk hiring, technical & non-technical hiring as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (technical/non-technical).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
