About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
HR Recruiter
to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline.
Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry practices.
Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience
as an HR Recruiter.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
