Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

HR Recruiter

to join our team and manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and networking. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a prerequisite. Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role. Fresher can also apply The candidate should possess strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
