Job Description

We need an HR recruiter for a US IT staffing company. the person should have experience finding candidates for roles like US IT recruiter, BDM, account manager, and team lead recruiter.

Job duties:

Find candidates from websites like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and Monster. Post job openings online. Understand hiring needs and use search methods to find the right candidates on Naukri. Check if candidates have the right skills for the job. Take the first interview and confirm skills match the job needs. Know basic US IT recruitment terms like US tax, visas, locations, and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Data Science).

Qualification:

A tech background is good, but we also accept BBA or MBA graduates. This is a night shift job, following US time.

Work hours:

7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,537.35 - ?30,447.49 per month

Work Location: In person
