Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, coordination, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for various departments, primarily Sales and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle--from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements for Sales, Operations, and Corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles. Schedule interviews with department heads and maintain coordination throughout the process. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting. Conduct initial HR discussions regarding company policies, salary structure, and job expectations. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred). 0-2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR also considered). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of hiring practices and job markets. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools/portals. Must be disciplined, energetic, and target-driven.

Salary Range

?8000 - ?10,000 per month

(depending on experience and interview performance)
