Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align on the ideal candidate profile.
Onboarding:
Coordinate the hiring process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
Employer branding:
Help build a strong employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
