We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the full recruitment cycle -- from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring processes and the ability to find the right talent for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Manage job postings and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and other HR-related activities when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 Months - 2 yr. of experience in recruitment or HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Workindia, Job Hai).
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is an advantage.
