Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding.
Understand job descriptions and skill requirements for various roles, especially within
IT and Digital Marketing
domains.
Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct
initial screening and shortlisting
based on technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracking system.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving the candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience
in recruitment, with exposure to
IT or Digital Marketing hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with HR software or ATS systems is a plus.
