We are looking for a dynamic
HR Recruiter
to join our team and play a key role in scaling our workforce across multiple locations in India.
Position Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
-- from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding selected employees. The ideal candidate should be passionate about connecting with people, understanding organizational requirements, and building a strong talent pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various positions (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Support roles).
Source and screen
candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct
telephonic and initial HR screening interviews
to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule
interviews with department heads
and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the
recruitment tracker, candidate database, and dashboards
.
Draft and issue
offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
.
Support the HR team in
onboarding and induction
processes.
Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and build talent pools.
Ensure
timely closure of open positions
as per business requirements.
Maintain
confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance
with company recruitment policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
.
1-3 years
of experience in recruitment (preferred in Solar, Energy, or EPC sector).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in
MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and database management
.
Excellent understanding of
full-cycle recruitment and HR processes
.
Goal-oriented, result-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary Range:
?8,000 - ?10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

HR Manager / Head - Human Resources
