Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle - from talent sourcing to onboarding. Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct

targeted headhunting and extensive calling

to attract quality candidates. Build and maintain a

robust candidate pipeline

for current and future organizational requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant department heads and hiring managers. Maintain recruitment databases, dashboards, and MIS reports. Support HR operations in onboarding and employee documentation. Assist in

campus engagement initiatives

and employer branding activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. Strong sourcing and networking capabilities with a proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a

target-oriented

and fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple mandates simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Familiarity with roles in the

architecture, interior design, or construction

sectors.

Prior experience in the same industry will be considered a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
