Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand job descriptions and requirements shared by hiring managers.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals
, and other creative channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidate fitment.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
Good understanding of various
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
