HR Recruiter

Location:

Ghaziabad, Meerut Road Industrial Area

Salary:

?15,000 - ?18,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment process

-- sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination. Handle hiring through

Naukri.com, Shine.com, Indeed, Work India, LinkedIn, and free job portals.

Draft, post, and manage

job descriptions

across multiple platforms. Maintain and update candidate databases, interview schedules, and follow-ups. Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Ensure smooth

onboarding and documentation

for new hires. Maintain

daily hiring reports and MIS updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience

in Recruitment or HR Coordination. Proficiency in

recruitment portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, etc.)

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) -- both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and Email correspondence.

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented. Candidates from

Manufacturing or Engineering industry

will be preferred.
