Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update
employee records
, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of
HR policies and procedures

Coordinate
training and development programs
for employees.
Handle
employee engagement activities
, events, and internal communication.
Support
payroll processing
and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Manage
performance appraisal cycles
and maintain appraisal records.
Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare
HR reports
, analytics, and documentation as required.
