Key Responsibilities:
--Recruitment (60% Focus)
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop job descriptions and post openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Source active and passive candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Track and report key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.
-- HR Generalist (40% Focus)
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Assist with performance reviews, grievance redressal, and employee exits.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
1+ years of experience in a combined HR + recruitment role.
Proficient in using HR tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho, GreytHR).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
