Hiring: HR Recruiter Intern (Remote)

Location: Remote (Only for candidates based in Kanpur)

Stipend: ₹5000/month + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Can shift to 5 Days a Week if daily recruitment milestones are consistently met

Full-Time Offer after 1 Month: ₹10,000/month + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Post job openings on job portals and social media Screen and shortlist candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews Maintain candidate records and daily reports Follow up with candidates and ensure timely communication

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in

Kanpur

Good communication skills Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Must have a

laptop

and

stable internet connection

Willing to learn and grow in the HR field Available to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
