The HR professional is responsible for managing and developing an organization's workforce. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance with labor laws, payroll support, and ensuring a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring the right talent.
Onboarding & Orientation:
Guiding new employees through joining formalities and introducing them to company policies and culture.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring workplace harmony.
Performance Management:
Assisting in goal setting, conducting appraisals, and maintaining performance records.
Training & Development:
Identifying skill gaps and arranging training programs for employee growth.
Payroll & Benefits Support:
Coordinating with finance to manage salaries, leave records, incentives, and benefits.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensuring the company follows labor laws, HR policies, and health & safety regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Organizing events, wellness activities, and recognition programs to boost morale.

Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
