2. End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
3. Candidate Management:
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
4. Documentation:
Prepare offer letters and manage employee documentation.
Maintain records of recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
5. Employee Engagement:
Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
Help in organizing team-building activities and maintaining employee satisfaction.
6. Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
Stay updated on employment regulations.

Qualifications
