Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through initial screenings and interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
Provide feedback to hiring managers and discuss next steps in the interview process.
Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates, within company guidelines.
Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, keeping them engaged in the recruitment process.
Track and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely records.
Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals.
Contribute to improving HR workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
