Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
Posting job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment database and generate reports as required.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Support HR initiatives and contribute to employer branding activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS is a plus.
