Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to offer rollout and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Conduct initial screening (telephonic/virtual) to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer closures.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Maintain employer branding by providing an excellent candidate experience.

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
