The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle to attract and hire top talent. This includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet workforce needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions and postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes
Experience recruiting in [specific industry, e.g., IT, Construction, Education].
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
