Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings within an organization.

Collaboration:

Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.

Job Posting & Sourcing:

Writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on job boards, social media, and career sites.

Candidate Screening:

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination:

Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

ATS Management:

Maintaining an organized Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate records and the recruitment pipeline.

Offer & Negotiation:

Communicating offers, managing negotiations, and ensuring necessary approvals from management.

Onboarding:

Ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying paperwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
