Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
(sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and on boarding).
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in
Fluent English
.
Learn all aspects of recruitment with close guidance from the HR team.
Have the
capability to lead and manage a small team (3 recruiters)
in the future after proper training.
Core responsibility will be
managing and driving results through your team
.
