Role :- HR Recruiter

Location:

Barra-2, Kanpur

Salary :

?upto 10,000 per month + Incentives around 15,000 /-

Timing :- 9.30 am - 6.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

(sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and on boarding). Maintain and update candidate databases. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients in

Fluent English

. Learn all aspects of recruitment with close guidance from the HR team. Have the

capability to lead and manage a small team (3 recruiters)

in the future after proper training. Core responsibility will be

managing and driving results through your team

.

Requirements:

Excellent

English communication skills

(spoken & written). Good knowledge of the

recruitment cycle

. Eager to learn, proactive, and self-driven. Able to handle tasks under deadlines. Leadership potential (preferred for future growth).
