Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our HR team, with a primary focus on recruiting

sales professionals

. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of sales candidates to ensure the right talent is hired to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle for

sales profiles

(field sales, inside sales, business development, channel sales, etc.).

Understand sales job descriptions and business requirements from hiring managers. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring. Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fitment. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases. Ensure timely closures of open positions with qualified candidates. Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements to attract suitable sales candidates. Support onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates. Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding during the recruitment process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

sales hiring and sales profile requirements

. Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia etc.) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in

sales hiring / mass recruitment

. Knowledge of HR processes and compliance will be an added advantage.
