The

HR Recruiter

will be responsible for the

end-to-end recruitment process

, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding the right candidates. This role requires

experience in digital marketing/IT recruitment

, strong communication skills, and the ability to

attract top talent across multiple functions

(BD, Sales, Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Development, Sales, etc.).

Key Responsibilities



Partner with senior management and department heads to

understand hiring requirements

. Write, post, and manage job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment portals. Source candidates using

multiple channels

- job boards, LinkedIn outreach, employee referrals, and recruitment networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department leads. Manage

offer negotiation and onboarding

process. Build and maintain a

talent pipeline

for future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience). Contribute to

employer branding

by ensuring a great candidate experience.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,330.26 per month
