Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating induction programs.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
