Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Work closely with
hiring managers
to understand job requirements, define hiring criteria, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Use various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.) to
source and attract qualified candidates
.
Screen resumes
and conduct
initial interviews
to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, and cultural alignment).
Schedule and coordinate
interviews
with hiring teams and follow up on feedback.
Maintain and update
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and recruitment reports regularly.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a
pipeline of potential candidates
for future hiring needs.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources

Business Administration
, or related field.
3 to 6 years
of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in both
IT
and
non-IT
domains).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
