Clickinpedia is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
HR Recruiter
with at least
6 months of experience
in recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the end-to-end hiring process and support the HR team in sourcing and onboarding quality candidates across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Manage job postings across platforms and track application flow
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Support HR operations and documentation as needed
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (internship or full-time)
Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
