Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings
Conduct, schedule, and coordinate interviews via phone, virtual, or in-person
Understand recruitment timelines, quality benchmarks, market availability, and their business impact
Source, screen, and recruit candidates through multiple channels (job portals, networking, referrals, etc.)
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate competencies and fit
Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a point of contact for candidate queries
Meet weekly targets related to outreach (calls, emails, and follow-ups)
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate records and update recruitment databases and reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience with MS Office Suite and recruitment tools/portals
Hands-on experience in sourcing and networking strategies
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
High energy, positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset
Proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas
