Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Create and post job descriptions across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and social media Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process Maintain candidate pipelines and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) Conduct reference checks and background verifications Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates Track metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to optimize processes Promote company culture and employer branding during recruitment Stay updated with hiring trends and best practices in recruitment
