1.6 to 2 years of experience
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on finding the right talent efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in job posting and employer branding activities
Requirements:
1.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
