Managed the full-cycle recruitment process, including understanding manpower requirements, drafting job descriptions, obtaining budget approvals, sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals),conducting preliminary screening interviews, coordinating interviews with managers and department heads, salary negotiations and offer roll-outsas per company HR SOPs, timelines and policies.
Onboarding & Induction:
Facilitate the onboarding process, conduct induction programs for new hires, ensures employee onboarding checklist including joining formalities and letters assigning.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and implement employee engagement activities i.e. team-building events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, assisted in addressing and resolving employee grievances, and supported feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement and motivation.
HR Generalist Operations:
Ensure implementation of HR policies, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS portal, ensure implementation of Separation process as per company policy, prepare and maintain HR MIS reports.
Qualifications:
Education:
Any Graduate / Masters or post graduate in HR Work
Experience:
4+ years of experience in recruitment and generalist role.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions.
Skilled in sourcing through multiple channels.
Quick learner, adaptable, and open to taking on new responsibilities.
Skilled in generating MIS and Excel reports, including data compilation, analysis, and presentation.
