We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
3.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
4.
Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
5.
Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6.
Performance Management: Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and salary reviews.
7.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.

. HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, and HR system implementation.

Reporting and Analytics: Provide HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2.
Experience: At least 0-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
3.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulations.
4.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
