Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic

HR Recruiter

with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while helping build a strong employer brand for Tsaaro.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) for various roles across departments. Source potential candidates using various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Support HR activities such as job postings, offer roll-outs, and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consulting/tech/startup environment). Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Organized and detail-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude.

Nice to Have:

Experience in campus recruitment or bulk hiring. Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools. Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
