Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
Develop and implement training programs (induction, soft skills, technical)
Conduct training needs analysis and design learning modules
Monitor training effectiveness and employee development
File all the Joining Formality
Eligibility:
Education:
Graduate in HR/Business; MBA/PG in HR preferred
Experience:
2-3 years in HR; minimum 3 years in recruitment & training
Preferred Industry:
Manufacturing, Energy, or Industrial sectors
Skills:
Strong communication & leadership
Knowledge of Hiring Process & General HR laws and training methods
Proficient in Google Sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
