Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and manage trackers and reports
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Meet recruitment targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent on time
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT mandatory, Non-IT preferred)
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, email handling, and calendar tools
? Experience in maintaining data and trackers
? Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges
? Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
? A pleasing personality and team spirit
