What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates Manage recruitment processes for sales, counselling, and backend roles Coordinate with team leads for staffing needs Maintain databases and ensure proper onboarding procedures

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the education sector) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets Basic understanding of job portals and recruitment tools
