Experience: 2-5 years in HR roles, preferably in the IT sector
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
employee onboarding and offboarding
processes.
Maintain and update
employee records
, contracts, and HRIS systems.
Support
payroll processing
and coordinate with the finance team.
Handle
employee grievances
, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Drive
performance appraisal cycles
and feedback sessions.
Support
policy formulation
and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., PF, ESIC, labor laws).
Plan and organize
training programs
, employee engagement activities, and wellness initiatives.
Prepare and share HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
ork closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social platforms, and employee referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical teams for further rounds.
Manage end-to-end
recruitment process
including offer negotiation and joining follow-up.
Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
