Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job advertisements on various portals and social media platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or a related HR role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Confident and presentable personality
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
BBA / MBA
