Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition Support



Sourcing of candidates for teaching and non-teaching roles. Make telephonic calls to prospective candidates, share role details, and conduct basic pre-screening. Coordinate and confirm interviews in consultation with department heads. Maintain a professional and warm tone in all candidate interactions. Employee Orientation and induction. Employee relieving and exit process.

Interview Records & Documentation



Maintain an up-to-date

Interview Tracker

(physical and digital) including: Candidate details Interview schedules Selection status Remarks by interviewers Collect and file candidate CVs, assessment sheets, and interview notes. Ensure timely filing (physical/e-file) of candidate documents for audit purposes.

Calling & Follow-Ups



Regularly follow up with shortlisted candidates for interview confirmation and joining. Share feedback and next steps to candidates as directed by HR Lead.

HR Filing & Admin Tasks



Maintain well-organized physical HR files for staff (new joiners and existing). Assist in compiling employee onboarding forms and documentation. Help in maintaining records related to leave, joining, and resignation.

Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with Academic Heads, Admin, and the Principal's office for recruitment-related tasks. Send reminders, interview invites, and joining communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Vendor Management

Required Skills:



Good spoken and written communication in English & Hindi Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic computer operations Systematic, organized, and maintains confidentiality Pleasant voice and telephone manners

Educational Qualification:



Graduate (preferably in HR/Administration/Commerce) Basic HR knowledge or prior experience in schools will be an advantage
Timings-07:30-17:00
