Post job openings across platforms and proactively source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates aligned with job requirements ,coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment
Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience and follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on the selection process
Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all documentation and joining formalities are completed smoothly and coordinate induction programs and help new employees transition into their roles
Assist in planning campus placement and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
0-6 months of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience considered)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
