Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Blue-collar positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Non-IT, and Blue-collar roles.
Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in IT, Non-IT, and Blue-collar hiring.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and timelines.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work from Dehradun (on-site).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Target-driven and quality-focused approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
