We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
with 1-2 years of hands-on recruitment experience to join our HR team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end hiring and capable of closing positions efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for junior to mid-level positions.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update
candidate databases and hiring trackers
.
Handle
offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities
.
Ensure a smooth and professional
candidate experience
.
Support HR operations and documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
1-2 years of
relevant recruitment experience
.
Familiarity with
job portals
(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to manage
multiple positions simultaneously
.
Basic knowledge of
HR processes and compliance
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
