Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
activities from requirement gathering to onboarding
Source potential candidates through
job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate records
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of proven experience in
recruitment
, preferably IT recruitment
Hands-on experience with job portals such as
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
, etc.
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements
