Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from different departments.

Source candidates through portals, social media, networking.

Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Support onboarding and Offboarding of employees.

Attendance Management, document handling, offer sharing, Grievance Management.

Requirements

Minimum graduation is required.

Minimum 6 months+ experience in recruitment.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Enthusiastic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
