Job responsibilities of an HR Recruiter

Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers. Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms. Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices. Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and colleges for bulk or specialized hiring. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in recruitment. Prepare recruitment reports and submit them to HR Manager/Management.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
