Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and extend job offers and support onboarding efforts.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
