We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our organisation. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify high-quality candidates for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & onboarding
Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, campus hiring & networking
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/departmental interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs
Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of recruitment experience (healthcare/retail experience is a plus)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good negotiation and offer-closing skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
