Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) and coordinate technical interviews.
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate onboarding of selected candidates and assist with joining formalities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0-1 years of relevant experience in recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
